We welcome new international students from around the world. Our school offers a happy, safe and friendly multicultural environment. We embrace all cultures and faiths. St. Jude's Academy offers instruction in English. English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are available for international students who require it. We are leaders in the delivery of the highly recognized International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme. The IB Programme offers additional academic rigour, specialized IB-trained teachers and range of global perspectives for our students. St. Jude's Academy's Grade 12 Graduates have a 100% acceptance rate to the top universities of their choice in Canada and around the world.
Our IB Diploma Programme Grade 12 students can graduate with a Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) as well as an IB Diploma Programme Diploma. St. Jude's Academy is a non-semestered university preparatory school with a strong focus on Student Life activities.

Application Process
We will be conducting virtual 1:1 personalized Admissions Information Sessions via Virtual Meetings so that we can introduce you to our school and answer your questions.

In order to assess whether international students will be successful in our program, we require:
- Two Teacher References (from your current teachers)– please download and fill out the forms linked here: Academic Teacher Reference and Math Teacher Reference.
- Two most recent Report Cards
- Proof of Age (passport copy)
These items must be submitted to our Admissions Office at admissions@stjudesacademy.com. Teacher Reference Forms should be submitted from the teachers directly.
Report Cards will be assessed carefully. Please let us know if your child has any academic, social or behavioural concerns. Learning support is available. Our Guidance Counsellor continues to assess student cases as needed.
Once the above items are received, the academic records and references will be assessed to ensure your child will be successful in our program.
Once your Report Cards and References are assessed and we believe that your child would be a good fit for St. Jude’s Academy, we will invite you to complete and submit our Registration Package electronically.

We offer two International Registration Packages:
- English-speaking international students
- International + ESL for students who require English classes (ESL)
Completed Registration packages with all supporting documents and payment must be received by email in order to process new international students.

A 50% tuition deposit by Wire Transfer is required in order to receive the official Acceptance Letter from the school to apply for the Student Visa.
The full tuition payment is required 10 days after obtaining the Student Visa.
