Student Council

Student council brings a student voice to the running of the school. The council meets weekly and they usually create their own events, alongside helping out with regular school events. With a year marked by COVID-19, the input of the council is even more important, so that we don’t lose the aspects of student life that make SJA great. The addition of an International Rep, Online Rep, as well as House Captains is meant to ensure that, through their elected representative, all students have a voice at SJA. Elections are held and representatives hold their office for the entire year. We have several returning members of the council. Weekly meetings are now online after school.
